Our story begins in a classroom with students in child's pose. As they move through a yoga practice, the reader is transported into nature from mountains to trees to Brooklyn Bridge Park and then back to the classroom. Written using an easy rhythmic cadence along with colorful, dreamlike and instructive illustrations, We Are All One is enjoyable to read and easy to follow for yogis of all levels.


Maghen Brown is an Illustrator and Mom living in Brooklyn. Maghen received a BFA in Illustration from Pratt Institute. Her work has been commissioned for editorial, advertising, fashion and textiles. When Maghen is not drawing she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters Chloe(9) and Lola Belle(5), trying new restaurants, doing yoga, cooking healthy meals, reading and appreciating all of the beautiful things.
