在形態上與tadasana山式看起來都是standingpose（站姿體式）但是內涵完全不同，tadasana是「形」，samasthiti是形而上的「狀態」，練習瑜珈之人，行必深思！samasthiti既沒放下也沒提起，而是靜止在開始與結束之間，好像吸氣與吐氣之間，與神同在的時刻。

/Tadasana是讓身體的覺知處於中立的形態。
