本課程在36℃-40℃高溫環境中進行一套約26-42組以哈達瑜珈為基礎的體位法,藉由加速血液循環與新陳代謝,將毒素透過大量汗水排出體外,加強體重控制與體態雕塑。

2.教室室溫約36-40℃,修練者需先考量健康狀況;心血管疾病、呼吸系統疾病及高血壓患者均不合適。

3.其他身體不適患者練習前應先徵求專業醫師意見。

4.初學者可能會因高溫練習而產生輕微不適、頭暈、作噁…等反應,不舒服時建議採舒適坐姿或躺下稍作休息並補充水分。
